Important Announcement: 
Due to the State Mandated Suicide Prevention Presentation from Wednesday 12/3/14 (B-Day) AND the school-sponosered "Hearts of Gold" Assembly Friday Morning 12/19/14 AND the school-sponsored Hobbit movie field trip Friday Afternoon 12/19/14 (another B-Day), we have now effectively  lost TWO DAYS of instructional class time in the month of December. I have no control over these disruptions to our class schedule. As a result and in an attempt at fairness, I have decided to make the Unit 4 Test a Take-Home Test to be done over the holiday break rather than having the test on Friday 12/19/14. The test will be handed out by Wednesday 12/17/14 to give students extra time to complete it early if they so choose. The due date for IDs assignments on Chapters 21, 22 & 23 will likewise be extended from Friday 12/19/14 to Tuesday 1/6/15. As already scheduled, there will also be a full chapter of reading assigned over the holiday break (Chapter 24). This will also be handed out by Wednesday 12/17/14 and will be due Tuesday 1/6/15. I understand that this amounts to a great deal of material due in Tuesday 1/6/15 however, it is really just a deadline extension for a number of things which would have been due or done in class on Friday 12/19/14. I appreciate your understanding in this matter.
